Our home maintenance company in Johor Bahru, Johor was established in the year 2010. We’ve been active in home maintenance industry more than 10 years and have served thousands of satisfied clients in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru, Nusajaya, Pontian, Kluang, Segamat, Chaah, Tangkak, Batu Pahat and other places (on demand) in Johor. Our company has grown consistently over the years with successful home maintenance projects such as plumbing, wiring, repairing as well as installing any home appliances. We have been providing fantastic maintenance services to our clients and willing to do extra than our job scope as long as it satisfies the customer. Our satisfied customers are the reflection to our services and work ethics. Our company’s core goal is to become people preferred home maintenance service provider by focusing on customer’s satisfaction on our every task performed at their houses in Johor. 

The Man Behind

Mr Sam

MR Sandran Segaran a.k.a SAM is the founder of Nasesz Enterprise and has been serving in home maintenance industry more than 20 years. His carrier started as Technician for a home appliance brand at Johor. Over the years, with experience he managed to cover all home maintenance works including wiring and plumbing as an individual with no workers until 2010. The journey get a new upgrade, which is Nasesz Enterprise started with two employees.
